Rat-a-Plan works without poison and uses the natural behaviour of Terriers and ferrets. Our Terriers show us where the rats are at that moment and follow fresh tracks. When the situation allows, we use our ferrets. They crawl into rat tunnels and also work very well around hay and straw bales or wood stacks, driving rats out of their hiding places.

Beforehand, we assess your situation together. We often ask for your location and clear videos of the places where you see rats, rat tunnels, gnawing damage or traces. Once on site, we map out the situation further and prepare nets, traps and other tools. The rats that come out of their tunnels either enter the traps or are caught directly by our Terriers.

In addition to catching rats, we also provide advice on prevention, exclusion and possible follow-up trapping with traps. This means we not only help with the rats present at the time of our visit, but also think along with you about preventing new problems.

On the day of our visit, we ask you to temporarily keep chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, other poultry, cats and dogs indoors or in a rat-free outdoor area. This allows our ferrets and Terriers to work calmly and safely. After our visit, you can also count on aftercare, and we will answer your questions within two working days.
